What we collect
Your email at checkout; the order itself (time, items, amount, status); the text of a custom brief (what you wrote and the options you picked); download timestamps; and a subscription address only if you give us one.
What we do not collect
No identity documents. No card numbers — the payment provider handles those. No third-party advertising trackers, no profiling, no sale of data.
Why we collect it
To perform the contract (email, order, download access); for legitimate interests (abuse prevention and duplicate-submission limits, using IP and device rate limits); and on consent (email subscription, unsubscribe any time).
How long we keep it
Orders and tax records are kept as local tax law requires. Design briefs, concepts and drafts are deleted 90 days after delivery, or immediately on request. Download logs are kept 12 months.
Third parties
Payments are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record for their tax and compliance. Delivered files sit in cloud storage. Email is sent by Resend. Each is covered by a data processing agreement.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability (export), restriction, objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Email us and we answer within 30 days.
Cross-border transfers
Storage and processing are primarily in the United States. Customers in the EU and UK may request standard contractual clauses for protection.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 13. If you think a purchase was made by a child, email us and we will refund it.
Changes to this policy
Material changes are announced 30 days ahead on this site, or by email.
In case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
